1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. All orders are dispatched from our facility in Pune, Maharashtra.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. These are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery partner and the delivery location. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment, so you'll always know the exact cost before placing your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email/SMS with a tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order using the tracking link provided or by contacting our support team.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts (usually 2–3 attempts), the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Ayufresh is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipment due to address errors will be at the customer's expense.

9. Damaged or Missing Products

⚠️ Important

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery. If the damage is noticed after opening, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
