1. Order Cancellation
a) Cancellation by Customer:
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
- To cancel, contact us at ayufresh6@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If cancellation is requested before shipping, a full refund will be processed.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may return the product after delivery as per our return conditions below.
b) Cancellation by Ayufresh:
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Pricing or technical errors on the Website
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Incomplete or unverifiable customer information
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to you.
2. Return Conditions
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: The product was damaged during shipping.
- Wrong Product: You received a different product than what was ordered.
- Manufacturing Defect: The product has a visible manufacturing defect (leakage, broken seal, etc.).

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective)
• Products returned after 7 days from the delivery date
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at ayufresh6@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
4. Refund Process

5. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- UPI / Net Banking: Refund to the same bank account.
- Credit / Debit Card: Refund to the same card (may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank).
- Wallet Payments: Refund to the same wallet.
All refunds are processed through Razorpay. Razorpay's processing timeline applies.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The product has been opened and used (unless defective).
- The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.
- The product was damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.
- The customer provided an incorrect address leading to non-delivery and return-to-origin, where re-shipment is declined.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or quantity, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
